Understand the appeal, choose how to help and know where to turn with questions. Here is what to expect when you support a project or a family.

Read the story and the use of funds
Review the story, the goal and the use-of-funds budget on every appeal page. If the plan or the beneficiary is unclear, contact our team before making a contribution.

Choose an amount and review checkout
Select Donate and choose an amount, once or monthly. Continue to our secure checkout, where you can review the amount, currency and available payment methods before confirming. No account is needed.

Keep your receipt and follow the appeal
Your receipt arrives by email. Updates, photos and receipts are posted on the appeal page as the money is spent. For help with a receipt, contact support with the appeal name, payment date and the email used at checkout.

Ways to give
Once, monthly or in someone's honor
Every gift is welcome. A monthly gift gives our team steady support they can plan a school year or a planting season around.
- One-time gift
Choose an appeal or the general fund and an amount. Your receipt follows by email.
- Monthly gift
Give the same amount each month. After your first gift you receive a secure link to change or cancel it at any time.
- In honor or in memory
Dedicate your gift to someone at checkout. We can send a card to the family on request.
- Cover the processing fees
Tick the box at checkout to add 3% so your full gift reaches the work.
Security and trust
Your payment is safe
Your payment is completed on a secure, encrypted checkout page run by our payment processor, so your card details are never entered on this website and never stored by the Institute. Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are encrypted by your wallet.
In the rare case of fraud we guarantee a full refund for up to one year. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email.
