Is my donation secure?
Yes. Your payment is completed on a secure, encrypted checkout page run by our payment processor, so your card details are never entered on this website. Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are encrypted by your wallet. We guarantee a full refund for up to one year in the rare case of fraud.
How is my donation designated?
Gifts to an appeal fund that appeal. Gifts to the general fund go where they are needed most, and you can choose a program at checkout. If an appeal raises more than its goal or cannot proceed, the extra goes to the general fund.
Can I cancel my monthly gift?
Yes. After your first monthly gift you receive a secure link to manage it, where you can change the amount or cancel at any time. You can also write to our team.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, by email right after your gift. Whether a gift is tax-deductible depends on the country you live in and how you give; our team can tell you what applies to you.
